Polyurethane Molded Containers (PUR)

The urethane insulation provides outstanding thermal conductivity or “Super K”. In addition to the low heat conductivity, the new formulation is rugged and light weight; ideal for multiple shipments. The corrugate can be easily replaced for re-use.

Reusable shipping containers are shippers designed as food shippers and frozen food shippers. Pharmaceutical shippers and clinical trial shippers are shippers for clinical trials and infectious shipments. Materials for these include EPS, polystyrene, expanded polystyrene, eps packaging and eps shippers. These fabricated shipping containers are fabricated boxes or cartons. Molded shippers, molded containers and molded boxes use shipping cartons for temperature sensitive shipping In total these items are called temperature controlled packaging. Cold chain and cold chain shippers are becoming a more common way of discussing insulated shippers and insulated containers.
