Headquartered in Edison, NJ our facility incorporates 70,000 square feet of state-of-the-art design, testing, and manufacturing is located amid the largest U.S. concentration of major pharmaceutical companies. These centralized resources streamline your turnaround on time-sensitive projects. Our DDL subsidiary is the leader in medical device packaging testing. DDL has a Package Testing Division, which specializes in package integrity testing, distribution simulation testing (ASTM D4169), sustainable packaging testing and environmental conditioning, as well as a Product & Materials Testing Division, specializing in medical device testing, product strength testing and electrosurgical accessory testing.
Our Cryopak subsidiary manufactures the most complete line of cost-effective, high quality products dedicated to servicing the cold chain. Cryopak provides cold chain packaging solutions and products for the life science, pharmaceutical and food industries that require temperature controlled packaging during transport and handling.

In October 2006, TCP Reliable acquired the assets of Cryopak Industries, a leading manufacturer of refrigerants supplying the cold chain pharma and industrial sectors as well as a complete product line focused to the retail market sector. The cold chain products of TCP Reliable and Cryopak Industries are marketed under the Cryopak, a TCP company brand. Manufacturing locations in North America include New Jersey, Arkansas, Quebec, and British Columbia.
Starting in the first quarter of 2009, TCP expanded its cold chain packaging manufacturing facilities to Europe with the opening of our plant in Maromme, France. Products manufactured in europe are marketed by Cryopak, TCP(fr) company. Services at the location also include cold chain package design and thermal performance testing capabilities.
TCP expanded its production capability and capacity at the Maromme facility with the acquisition of Isneaufroid in July 2010. Additional services include a full service cold storage facility.
In October of 2007, package testing services provider DDL merged with TCP Reliable making the combined company the leading packaging engineering group specializing in the medical device and biopharmaceutical industries. DDL and TCP will continue to operate their testing and manufacturing separately with DDL as a wholly owned subsidiary of TCP Reliable. DDL has locations in Minneapolis, MN as well as Fountain Valley, CA and Edsion, NJ.
In July 2010, TCP also completed the acquisition of Alternatives Technology Pharma (ATP), a software design company based in Montreal, Quebec. ATP designs and markets web based and self-hosted quality compliance software solutions dedicated to the specific requirements associated to the cold chain supply chain in the United States and Canada. In August 2013 Escort Verifcation Technologies merged with Alternatives Technology Pharma (ATP) to create Cryopak Verification Techonologies (CVT).
